These Terms of Service govern all Hajj and Umrah services provided by Nufairah Hajj & Umrah Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
We arrange pilgrimage travel including visa processing, flights, accommodation, ground transport, and religious guidance.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Completed registration form
- Valid passport submission
- Required deposit or full payment
Customer Responsibilities
Pilgrims must:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Comply with Saudi Arabia travel and religious regulations
- Follow group schedules and instructions
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect documents or non-compliance.
Visa & Government Authority
All visas are issued solely at the discretion of Saudi authorities. We cannot guarantee visa approval or entry permission.
Prices & Changes
Package prices may change due to:
- Airline fare adjustments
- Currency fluctuations
- Saudi government fees/taxes
- Supplier cost changes
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify:
- Airlines or flight schedules
- Hotels within same category
- Transport arrangements
- Travel itinerary
when necessary due to operational or regulatory reasons.
Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary between pilgrims and third-party providers. We are not liable for:
- Flight delays/cancellations
- Supplier service changes
- Government restrictions
- Weather, health, or force majeure events
Acceptance
Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
