Refunds for Hajj and Umrah bookings are subject to supplier costs and booking stage at time of cancellation.

Any expenses already paid to airlines, hotels, visa authorities, or service providers are non-refundable.

Deposit may be partially refundable after administrative deductions.

Due to quota allocation and advance payments:

• Hajj deposits typically non-refundable
• Refund only if recoverable from Saudi authorities/suppliers

No refund for failure to travel or late arrival.

In cases such as:

• Government travel bans
• Pandemic restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Flight suspensions

Refunds depend entirely on airline, hotel, and authority policies.

Approved refunds processed within 14 - 30 working days.
