Booking Policy

This policy outlines reservation and payment procedures for Hajj and Umrah packages.

Steps to reserve:

• 1. Submit booking form
• 2. Provide passport copy
• 3. Pay deposit
• 4. Receive confirmation

• Deposit required to secure reservation
• Balance payable before visa processing or travel date
• Full payment required for confirmed Hajj seats

Hajj seats are limited and allocated on first-confirmed basis (deposit received).

Pilgrims must submit required documents within deadlines. Delays may result in cancellation without refund.

Date, package, or name changes:

• Subject to availability
• May incur airline/supplier charges

We may adjust itinerary, flights, or hotels within equivalent category when necessary for operational reasons.

Pilgrims must adhere to group movement schedules during Hajj and Umrah programs.

Failure to travel on departure date is treated as cancellation with full charges.
